Your child’s safety, joy, and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure a smooth and delightful experience for all, we kindly request you to follow the guidelines below.
🌟 General Guidelines
- Please arrive on time: Delayed arrivals may reduce playtime as sessions are fixed.
- Dress smartly for fun: We recommend jeans or cotton pants for safe and comfortable play.
- Adult entry: Each child can be accompanied by up to 2 adults. Additional adults are welcome with a small charge.
- Track playtime: Parents/guardians are kindly requested to keep an eye on their child’s time slot.
- Safe play is happy play: For the safety of all, guests not following the rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
🔁 Entry & Re-Entry
One-time entry only: Once your play session ends, re-entry for children isn’t allowed.
Adults may re-enter only if another adult remains to supervise the child
🛝 Playground Safety
- Slides are for sliding: One at a time, feet first!
- Toddler Zone: Just for our little explorers under 2 years.
- Supervision always: Parents/guardians must stay with and supervise their children.
- Gentle play only: Running, pushing, or rough play is not allowed.
- Climb smart: Please don’t climb on the outer parts of any play structures.
- No sharp items: Sharp objects are not allowed. Damages will be charged at 60% of the retail value.
- Play safe: Wizzy Wiskers is not liable for injuries due to unsafe play or lost personal items.
🧼 Hygiene & Health
- Grip socks required: Fully-covered grip socks are a must for both adults and kids in the play area and café.
- Clean-up support: A cleaning fee may apply for accidental spills, leaks, or illness.
- Feeling unwell?: For the well-being of others, visibly unwell children may be asked to return another day.
🤝 Respect & Behavior
Kindness counts: Please treat our team and fellow guests with respect.
Family-first values: Inappropriate behavior may lead to removal without a refund and, if required, further action.
🍽️ Food & Drinks
Outside food & beverages are not permitted in the café or play zones.
No eating or chewing gum inside the play area for safety and cleanliness.
Zero tolerance: Drugs, alcohol, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.
💳 Payment & Refunds
Please collect your receipts after every payment.
Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
📸 Photos & Marketing
We may take occasional photos/videos for marketing in a respectful manner. Let us know if you prefer to opt out.
📅 Capacity & Timing
In case we reach full capacity, we may temporarily pause walkins.
Management reserves the right to update timings or rules if needed to enhance your experience.
