Wizzy Wiskers Birthday Party Booking & Venue Policy 🎉
We’re thrilled to be a part of your child’s special celebration! To help ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone, here are a few friendly guidelines:
- Prices mentioned for birthday and food packages are exclusive of GST.
- Advance payments and deposits help us reserve your slot and prepare in advance. Please note they are non-refundable.
- In case of a cancellation, the advance amount will be retained, but we’re happy to offer store credit for future bookings (subject to date availability).
- Exclusive party slots include 3 hours of dedicated celebration time. We recommend planning activities accordingly, as additional time may not be available.
- A 100% payment of the minimum guaranteed amount is required prior to the event. Any additional services or guests can be settled afterward.
- To maintain our hygiene and safety standards, outside photographers, decorators, food, or beverages are not permitted inside the play area.
- Wizzy Wiskers may use event photos or videos for social media to celebrate the magical moments we create together. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let our team know.
- A 15-minute grace period after wrap-up will be given to ensure a relaxed exit.
- We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes early to make the most of their celebration time.
- For everyone’s safety, arms, ammunition, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
- Fireworks, sparklers, or any fire-based effects are not allowed inside the play area.
- To ensure a safe and fun environment, rights of admission are reserved with the management.
